Returns & Exchanges 
We are happy to accept returns within 28 days of receipt, for UK sales for whatever reason. Goods returned must be unused & in the original undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. Free from makeup, odour, & perfume.
We are unable to accept returns of International shipments unless they are covered under the warranty.
If goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition we have the right to refuse your refund.  Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 28 days.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please send us an email at stating the reason for return and if you would like a refund or exchange.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Custom items 
We are unable to accept returns or make refunds against orders for custom made products.
